Wonderful Experience in the City

comfortable bed around-the-clock access nespresso machine restful nights

The room offered excellent comfort. I found the bed comfortable. The hotel provided nice hot beverages access around the clock in the downstairs foyer area. I especially liked the in-room Nespresso machine, so I could start my day just right.

The street outside could get quite noisy sometimes, especially with early morning traffic.

The hotel enjoys relative centrality to public transport, easy to move around. A short walk leads to both groceries and dining options, so everything was convenient. A metro station is only about eight minutes by foot.

I experienced customer focused staff throughout my time there. The reception personnel were very lovely and always willing to assist me with any requests. Fresh robes were available at any time of day upon request, which I appreciated.

chic decor comfortable beds

the location was excellent it was near rue mouffetard plus it featured chic decor and artwork the coffee machine was a nice addition I also enjoyed the welcome drinks. the staff were wonderful and very polite even though I spoke little french the room had comfortable beds great bedding plus bottled water.

the air conditioning was very noisy , made it difficult to sleep I needed the aircon due to high temperatures.

i was disappointed by a lack of communication regarding breakfast , because i was told one thing at check-in and then charged later. the staff said they had not included breakfast , but this was a lie. i paid for the room upfront , so i do not know why they didn't take payment then , if it was extra.
